Module 5 | Benchmark of Excellence

Almost halfway through our course, we will now refresh some of the concepts and ideas we have came across so far, and acquire new soft skills that are crucial for the task of a manager. 

Which better way to reinforce our knowledge that through the insight of leaders? In the masterclasses and quizzes of this module, we will be revisiting subjects such as digital marketing, digital transformation and business model prototyping. The interviews will also allow us to discover new dynamics, realities and ideas that are valid across the MENA region and the world. This involves topics like businesses expansion, sound financial habits, and new and disrupting financing alternatives.

As its name implies, the module aims to foster excellence by providing us further soft skills and management tools. Some of these are contained in the Time and Strategic Management lessons. In the former, we will explore the habits, techniques and principles that will allow us to become time efficient. In the latter, we will study how to build a business strategy and carry it out, striving for SMART goals and aligning with a solid vision and firm values.
