Body language refers to the non verbal signals that we use to communicate. It is the part of non verbal communication that concerns the use of physical behavior, expressions, and mannerisms to send messages, or to reinforce our verbal message. It can be done consciously or unconsciously. It is comprised by the gestures and the physiology, which is a combination of body movement, breathing techniques, facial expression, degree of tension or relaxation, and posture.

This chapter includes a number of tips on how to master posture, use your body, and move around, in order to conquer the attention of the room or auditorium.

Lastly, you will get to know how to correctly structure the content and information of your speeches and presentations, so that you can generate in your audience the impact that you are striving for.
