Strategy, mission and vision statements
For the final exercise of Module 5, write down a strategy statement, a mission statement and a vision statement. They can be taken from real life examples or be a product of your own creation. In the former case, make sure you are not to repeating an example already used by your classmates. Make also a short remark pointing out what makes each statement a vision, mission or strategy one. You can also comment on why do you like them (or not, if that is the case). Good luck!

Vision:
To listen to women and give a voice to their concern, through talking to a professional, licensed, accredited therapist online.
One Ear to another Mission:
We are dedicated to empowering and transforming women overcoming mental health challenges. We are committed to being confidential, empathetic, and approachable in our communication and treatment.
Thank you for your answer, Rita. That was a very interesting choice. Notice how the vision statement is briefer and deals more with the values and ideals of the organization (it may also mention the type of activity in broad terms). The the mission statement, on the other hand, is more detailed and describes more specific goals while describing you added value a little more.
